Importing Vix to Xlights

Hello,

Ive posted over at DIYC about an issue Im having, http://doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/showthread.php?38317-HELP-Importing-Vix-to-Xlights-to-FPP-Im-missing-something , and this is a link to the post. Im having issues being able to import my vixen sequences to a new xlights, or existing xlights sequence. Ive tried 3.16 and xlights 4.0. Ive tried making a large matrix to see where my channels were going, but would only have like 2 pixels blinking.

DPITTS tried a teamviewer with me and had no success either. Im attaching a video trying to recreate what him and I went over. I have no audio, but hopefully it shows what we tried during our teamviewer session.
