HI Guys,I get asked it quite a bit over at ACL on how to get Nutcracker effects on to an element like a mega tree in LSP so I thought I would post how I did it.Currently the guys are still looking into the xlights version of Nutcracker working with LSP but for now I just use the web based version to build the effects.Below is a quick video I did up for one of the guys that goes thru the procedure. You'll all have to pretend your name is Doug to watch it and I hope you don't need a Aussie translator.Stevehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6kjKWLxfpM
Unless you have a compelling reason to use the LSP scheduler I would do all the LSP effects and bring .seq into Xlights or use Light Elf to convert to xseq and bring into Xlights. Once in Xlights you can overlay Nutcracker effects onto the sequence file. If you need to make updates to LSP file make them and repeat the process. All this takes less time then waiting for huge copied XML file to copy into LSP grid and you can use new Nutcracker 3.0 effects. Then use Xlights or Pi Player to play the show.
