New program for generating Madrix like effects, Glediator

On the HLS thread over in DIYC (http://doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/showthread.php?32509-Unlimited-Nutcracker-Type-Effects-For-Vixen-3)
JP90 found a new program for creating effects.

It is very cool!

It has a MAdrix like interface with lots of cool effects. It can drive serial, e1.31, artnet interfaces. Software is described here http://solderlab.de/index.php/software/glediator. It is a 600kbyte jar file. There are certainly some effects there i want to try and duplicate.

I would certainly add it to your list of software you might want to take a look at

Can't remember who did this, but someone did a very nice "how to" video on Glediator.   It was one of our fellow Christmas lighting enthusiasts.  It is very well done.  I think it is on vimeo, but can't remember.  I recommend watching that video, as it clarifies how to use Glediator.
