I'm using one of Brian's globes this year and was wondering if a custom matrix model was the best way? It's 200 pixels but not all rows are the same count.

Yes, to my knowledge its the only way. When I get a chance I will attach the model so you can copy. I have his tree as well.

This should align with the visualizer Brian made. I have to be honest, I haven't fully tested, but it looks like it's correct using the preview as a guide.
