Newest released has lots in it:
New effect "Glediator". This allows taking Glediator recorder files and using them in xlights.

Bug fixes: Wave now shows on Preview

   -Enhancement (sean) New Effect, Glediator. Save a recorder file from Glediator. Open file and put in your grid.
   -Bug fix (sean). Glediator conversion now works. Select a *.gled file in the CONVERT tab and change into any of the output
      formats.
   -Bug fix, reported (djulien) draw white correctly if it's one of the Piano colors
   -Bug fix (Sean), Fixed Preview for Wave and Glediator. You could see this effects in Nutcracker tab but not in Preview.
      all fixed.
   -Enhancement, requested (djulien) center Piano keys if Clip is unchecked

If you download the ICO file I posted earlier, you can properly change the icon for your Shortcut.

Hi Sean, thanks for your work. I am interested in using Glediator as an effect. The problem I'm having is two things 1) missing "01 - Carol of the bells..." notification in the preview of xl/nc. I've not asked for any music. I did a fresh install of gled and xl/nc on a computer that has not been used before. Still get the missing mp3 file notification. 2) I can only get the stock 36by16 matrix to work. If I setup a 25by12 matrix, do another record in gled.(with changed matrix size) and adjust model, univ. and channel count in xl/nc - the result is random on preview on the smaller matrix model. Using 3.3.9 release. Any suggestions?

Hey Sean,

Great work on making easy to use Glediator effects in xlights/Nutcracker.

Here's a work-around for Glediator's matrix size limitation. Chose a smaller matrix size that's can be evenly divided into your actual matrix size. For example, for my 24x120 megatree, setting the Glediator matrix to 24x60 works well for many of the Glediator effects. On some effects, I can see a seam halfway up the tree but often it's invisible.
