Can the radiating circle effect be 'cleaned up'
« on: May 16, 2014, 09:54:24 AM »
One of the nice effects I use is the circles that are continuously radiating with different colors from the center of my mega tree. I use this effect with my tree topper star and it looks so cool as it can appear that my star is imploding or exploding from the center of the star all while changing colors. It's so cool it hypnotic!!

Unfortunately, there are some extra pixels that appear as 'sparkles' that distract from the effect. I haven't figured out how to remove these sparkles and believe that these sparkles are built into the circle effect. Because these 'sparkles' cannot be removed they appear to 'pollute' this beautiful colorful effect.

is there a way to 'choose' whether or not you want the sparkles and also can this circle effect have a direction change like the recent butterfly effect?

I am going to include data as to show you what is happening. However, these are the boxes that are checked:
bounce, radial and plasma. These are checked. Radial 3D is NOT checked. --Greg--

You can create a very similar effect in Glediator. Use the fade_and_scroll effect. Use the Configure Generator function change the type to Circle, Direction backwards and color to RGB.  It's clean and works!
