Turn on single strand on pixel tree
« on: November 06, 2015, 08:33:26 PM »
14 x 60 pixel tree... I want to control a single strand for a beat and then the next strand (not in order), etc, etc.  (ie strand 6, 12, 3,1, etc).  I can't figure out what effect(s) to use.

Extending the question a bit... On a strand, is there a way to turn on every other pixel one color and the remaining a different color?

Thanks

Singlestrand effect can do one strand at a time, but it is in order.

Try colorwash. Deselect entire model and use sliders to select the stand you want.

If you want total control over each strand double click on the pixel tree label in the sequencer to expand it to strand level.
Then just trigger as required.
