Model Views in Sequence
« on: November 19, 2015, 08:55:47 AM »
So if I create a master view and save it with models that were not In a previously saved program. then go back and open the old program. Should it have the new models in the Master View? Or should I have to add them again?

When you use the word "program" I assume you mean sequence.  The master view in a sequence contains all the models that have been added into that one sequence so yes if you save the sequence they are still there later.  It's best to create some views so that when creating a new sequence you can just switch to a view and all models in that view automatically become part of the sequence assuming you save the sequence.

But if I add more models in and open a previously saved sequence should I have to add them into the master view?

Yes we don't automatically add any models to a sequence unless you tell us to.  You can have different numbers of models in every sequence so think of the Layout tab as really being your library of models and the sequence contains which models you've checked out from the library.

Thanks Gil that's what I thought but wanted to make sure. Because the more I sequence the more ways I see to alter certain models to get different effects. And just wanted to make sure.
