Lot conversion oddities
« on: November 21, 2015, 10:04:29 PM »
So one is an odditie and one I am sure I am doing wrong

First is I do the conversion and select xlights .xseq as my file type. I can play the sequence back but can't see it In The editor to make changes and add the pixel effects, what am I doing wrong?

Also I have some channels mapping weird, but not, in the conversion message, my last channel it brings in is 584 which maps to output 2, but on output 3 chans2004-2153 I am getting random effects on playback. If I could see the sequence I might be able to sort it out.   What am doing wrong?

Don't use a conversion to create file that was last years method.  This year you should either import the file as a Data Layer or use Import Effects to bring it in as editable effects.  The data will be visible down at the node level.  You gotta double click the model names to expand them to strands and then nodes.
