Shifting/moving effects with timing
«

I've decided to shorten my audio (cut out about a 30 seconds of song). I need to shift/move my effects to the left, earlier in the sequence. How do I move all effects within a specific timing to my new starting time of that section of song?

Unselect all timing tracks.
Drag yellow box around all effects to select them.
Hold down shift and drag all effects to new location.
The effects will probably need to fit on the screen so do this multiple times if you have a lot of rows.
