E 131 output not matching preview

I have a matrix with 30 vertical lines of 25 pixels per line.

Added effects in Nutcracker and all is fine in the house house preview and model preview.

Connected the SAN Controller for the real test and here is what I see:

Almost half of the channels do not have any output even though the whole house preview plays fine.
There is a color shift green outputs red, red outputs green and so on.

I did the channel test from the SAN controller web page and all the 2250 channels work fine and output the intended color.

Any tips from the experts here. Needless to say the settings are fine. I have set up the matrix on Universe 2 so that there is no confusion.

I see that Universe 2 and 3 (E 131 channels) are not enabled in this set up. How did this get disabled and what should I do to enable.

You really need to upgrade to ver 4.  Not many folks run ver 3 anymore.  I doubt that will change anything because it sounds like you have a disconnect between the settings in your controllers and the settings in xlights.  Running the test in a controller just tells you that the lights work and usually has nothing to do with communications to your software and computer.

I deleted Universe 2 and 3 and added them again. Now it is enabled. Problem solved.
