Xlights playlist

Hoping someone can help. When testing my sequence in xlights. The output onto the display is turning lights on in wrong locations. After I hit the green refresh button the sequence will play correctly.  This is fine.
Now when I schedule a playlist xlights is not refreshing the song and it plays incorrectly. How can I correct this?  Is there a way to have xlights refresh before each song?

What do you mean by play incorrectly ?

The  scheduler uses the fseq file. Delete your current fseq file in the show directory . Save the sequence again (it should render everything again with the default save setting) , then copy the new fseq to where you are running the playlist from.
