I bought a 150 pixel matrix sign from Holiday Coro To use as a sign to show my fm station it is 10 high X 15 wide I had a hard time getting it to set up in xlights when i selected a horizontal matrix, it kept making it 15 high by 10 wide. The only way I got it to work was by doing a custom model. I am trying to use the text effect in xlights to make it show my fm station. I have tried to just put the station number as well as do a scrolling text. It looks ok in xlights but when I paste it in lor and run the sequence it is all jumbled up and does not look like anything. Even in xlights it is hard to make out the words. Am I doing something wrong? I have seen other people with the same sign and it looks good not sure what the issue is.
I am also having issues with my pixel tree. I did a 180 tree using 16 strands of 5v pixel nodes with 50 pixels per strand. In xlights I used the spiral effect and it looks great in the model preview when i go outside and run it on the tree it looks nothing like a spiral... any thoughts ?
