update firmware and xlights only 3 channels

I updated my xlights to latest version and (2) alphapix 16 firmwarev2. and now 29 of 32 channels wont light up.

I have ran test on both controllers and they are working, just software to computer.

I have ran a test on software and only three channels light up,.

Any help is appreciated.

None of the recent xLights updated would have affected the data being sent to the controllers.  To troubleshoot I normally work backwards.  Test lights directly from the controllers.  Then from FPP if using one.  Then from test screen in xLights and then directly from Preview in xLights.

thank you for you troubleshooting steps. I have unplugged all channels and noticed its not reading past the first channel.

I can test on all plugs on channel one and they all work, but i use 2-16 they dont work.

When you test on the controller that really only proves the lights actually work but it doesn't prove that you have correctly mapped the outputs to the correct universe/channel values.  If you can't figure this out you need to start posting screenshots of your controller setups screens, xLights setup page and maybe a screenshot of a model definition that's not working.

I have attached two screen shots of controller page and one of xlights setup page.

What i have notice if i do a test in xlights it will only light up channel one and no other channel with light up.

I don't think it would cause just 1 channel to work but I notice you have xLights setup for 510 channels per universe which is 170 pixels and in the controller you define 340 pixels per universe which isn't possible.

I change my settings from 340 to 170 and replaced my switch and now everything is working fine now..
