Warm white RGB value?

Anyone have the exact RGB value of warm white incans?  I know it is a hint of yellow, but can't quite determine the value.

I'll have to try that.  (r)255 (g)103 (b)23 is a value I was given before.  What I have noticed is that on the white wire candy canes I have the color is different than where you can just see the nodes.  I plan to do more experimenting when my show is over trying to dial each in.  Unfortunately I don't think you can get exact but semi close.

Now if we could somehow get the preview window to show this as WW instead of orange.

pixels and your monitor are not color calibrated. so what you see on your monitor is not going to be what you see on a pixel. also reflected color will be affected by what is reflecting it.

My number is closer to the value jeff shows above than mararunr and I would encourage you to test for yourself. I can tell you that with a string of incandescent white lights plugged in right next to the pixel string, you should see that blue needs to be almost completely off (like 20).  I got a value that I love and most everybody that came out to the house commented on how they had never seen led lights look so much like old fashioned lights.

Aeronautical, did you drive down to our place from Viera? If you did,  you were seeing 255, 103, 23 in action.

Those values will change based on chip and manufacturer.  I have two different vendors sets of 2811s.  When turned all white one set has blue tint and one set has a pink tint.  I would say you must test your own set up, but is sure is nice to have some starting points.

Louie... yes I did and that is what got me thinking about matching the pixels to mini lights   thanks... now I need to go through my sequences and update... hehehe

The values I tested and liked were 255, 103, 23.
