xLights 2016.9. Big Release!

Lots of stuff in this release!
Keith Added blur capability in the layer blending window. Try any effect and slide the blur slider (over in layers window). Try on text, wave and see.
Be aware blur does add extra time to saves, especially if you add it to a whole house model. My 21 second save of "Mary Did You Know" went to 45 seconds. Just FYI

Gil added ability for single effect to be moved up , down, left ,right.  on grid. Highlight an effect and use arrow keys to move it around.

Dan, Gil, Keith made lots of bug fixes also.

Thanks Team!

Was there a benefit to changing this?  When I first looked at my layout after loading the new Beta It had a blurry look to it.

-- enh (dkulp) Change to "Smooth" as default for pixel appearance when loading old rgbeffects

Just making the default what most of us prefer.  I like the anti-aliasing better on my layout.  Lights look like squares without it.

Can I just do a search and replace in the xml on my files if I want to get my old settings back?

Yes.   The version number in the file is bumped to know we shouldn't do that again.
