How do you disconnect
« on: March 10, 2016, 08:18:25 PM »
Hey All,

I've wondered for a while about this and figured I'd eventually stumble across it but I haven't....so...

Let's say you have 3 effects that are joined/coupled (sorry don't recall the  term when effects hook to another effect on either side) The effects  are A, B, C.  And B is coupled/linked/tied on one end to A and on the other to C.  I want to disconnect/decouple one end of B from the next door effect so I can adjust B without dragging the one it was previously tied to around also...

How do you de-couple 2 effects once they are coupled/tied/connected to one another?

I'm sure it's simple....I just haven't found it....

Thanks....SC

If you move your mouse close to the coupling point it will turn into a hand with a pointing finger. At this point you can click and drag to decouple the two events.

You also may need to zoom in if you don't see the hand.  If its a really short effect you might not have enough pixels to separate the hot zones.
