xLights User Manual 1.5 (2016.13)

Sean has posted the most recent user manual on the release page.  Not sure if the direct link on the Wiki has been updated yet.

This release sees the manual brought up to date with the latest software release (2016.13).

To help with navigation within the PDF document, bookmarks are now imbedded in the file.

I have not read the whole manual, but what a great looking document.  It just begs to be read.  The authors are to be commended for doing this and and for keeping it up to date.

Also note that those of you that are "new" to xLights and following the manual may want to say on 2016.13 and earlier for a bit until chapter 4 is updated after 2016.14 is released.   The entire Layout page is very very different and will likely take them a bit to get it updated.
