Trying to post a bug but got error
« on: April 20, 2016, 07:45:40 PM »
I wasn't sure where to post this or who to contact.  Sorry if wrong place.

I'm trying to post about a possible bug but I'm getting the following error message after I click POST:

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

I'm following the instructions for reporting bugs by including files & videos.  I'm under the 7400kb limits.  I can't try a smaller file because that's how big the files are.

Did I find a forum bug while trying to report an Xlights bug?   :o ;)  That's crazy!   ;D

Did you try zipping the files?

It's the total number of attachments here on in the forums. We're very close to the limit.
I'll clean out some old files no longer relevant.

That's what I figured it was, but wasn't sure.  I'll try again.

Thank you!   ;)

I'm getting this same issue again while trying to report a bug & upload files:

The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

He! He!   ;D

I guess that means I can't upload my 62GB log file.   :(  ;)

Just email it to Dan.  Nobody else is going to want to look at it. :)
