Cool Effect with Circles.

I have added circles to my display. I am trying to create the circle effects from SuperStarlights. This is an example.

Those are all Morph effects so that's what you'll need to use.  You'll need to sequence the models as single line.

how do i create a single line and morph and get it to stop half way..

You gotta learn how to change the morph settings.  It can be placed to go anywhere on a model using the start and end points.  It's easiest to use the Effect Assist window to do it.
