LMS Import not bringing up mapping window

I recently purchased an LMS sequence for singing faces that I am trying to bring into xLights.  I have imported other LMS files just fine, but when I attempt to import this one, nothing happens.  I am used to seeing the mapping window appear but it doesn't.  There also isn't any error message.  I looked at the LMS file and the XML appears valid.  I also tried opening the file in LOR and it plays back fine.  Any suggestions?

Has been a while since I looked at that screen , but you used to have to double click a couple of times to get the LMS items to appear. Are you seeing the xLights models on the left and have you selected one ?
if u don't see them then have you selected a view etc and added them to the sequencer tab ?

Before going into "import,import effects" you need all of your iwn models shown in the SEQUENCER tab. Please include a video of what u ate doing, this will allow us to see what steps u ate missing. You could also send your xlights_rgbeffects.xml and the lms file to xlights@nutcracker123.com and ill try it.  Sean

So I have a similar (but different) issue with another .lms file.  This one successfully brings up the mapping window, but none of the channels from the lms file populate in the drop down.  It's a large lms file (~250MB), not sure if that matters?
