Color issues importing from lms file

I have created a mapping file which specifies the colors I want to use to bring in the lms effects into my models.  Some of the colors seem to come over properly, but some do not.  In the attached screen shot, note the RightEye and LeftEye nodes in the timeline.  In my mapping they are blue, in the timeline they are orange.  Any ideas?  Am I doing something incorrectly?

I think it only applies if the target is a single channel node.   The problem was that LMS would say the color is green, but we would create a green On effect on a Red node and nothing would show up.  Thus, this allowed the color to be forced to green.

No way to make it apply to an RGB channel?
