Let It Go Sequence - Revised and Improved!!!
« on: July 05, 2016, 05:16:31 PM »
This was a lot of fun to make. I went with a simplistic approach that dabbled a bit with complexity. So far, this has been the toughest song to sequence to. I chose a color scheme to match the video until the chorus sections. Let me know what you think. I'll have some minor revisions but it's a good start for feedback.

Sequence is really good.  The use of colors are good, you effects are in the right position at the same time..

The layering on your tree is excellent. I am looking for similar effects. ( willing to learn if you are willing to teach)

The only suggestions is on your circles on the roof.. and some single lines  right/left bounces or double bounces..

Great job!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Can you tell me more about the circles on the roof? These will be GlowTrees from Boscoyo. I couldn't find a way to get them to look how they will end up looking so on the fence. What about the single lines? Would love to know what part of the song that is in that I can improve. My tree layering is like cooking from scratch and experimenting. I'll help any way I can.

Ron that was really nice.  I am not a fan of using video, but you have done an ecellent job of making the effects match to the action on the screen.  Keep up the good work.  If I see more use of video like you have done, I may have to change my mind about video.

You do a lot of really great work.  I hope someday you'll record a short video showing how you create some of these amazing looks.  You wouldn't have to share your sequences by doing that.

Thanks Mark! I'll look for my mic so I can put something together. Maybe my approach to an element in a song and design a layering effect.

Thanks! That compliment alone makes it worth it. It will probably be the only video I sequence to at this point. Blame Lilia. LOL

Thanks Kent! It was a labor of love. While it was a tough song to sequence it sure was fun.
