Fan Effect Radius

Using the fan effect, I have the "center point" (of the fan) moved to the far left of my House Preview.

I have Radius 1 set to 250 (which appears to be the "outer radius of the fan").  However, the fan doesn't cover the whole house--it's like the fan doesn't reach that far.  I.e. the fan's "center" is on the left side of the house-model, and the elements on the right side aren't getting this effect applied.

Does Radius 1 control the "outer radius" of the fan?  Are there other adjustments I need to make for this effect to cover the whole house?

No the fields just need to be updated to allow larger numbers.  I'm kinda wishing I had done the effects different and figured out a way to use percentage based values but that way sometimes makes it hard to hit exact values unless I allowed decimal places in the percentage.
