Star model doesn't show applied effects in model view- a bug?
« on: September 13, 2016, 05:04:38 PM »
I am using xlights version 2016.48. I added a star to my layout but when I apply an effect to it in the sequencer, the effect is not appearing in the "model preview". It does show in the "house preview.

Is this a bug?

Have you run check sequence to check for model overlap and render order issues. These are the most likely causes.

Yes, and there aren't any problems shown.

I don't think its possible to show up in one and not the other unless there's a bug in your graphics card driver.

Gilrock, it shows up but it wasn't sowing the effects as I applied them. It just stayed solid blue. However, I have since restarted xlights and it is working now.
