Tube with right angle
« on: October 06, 2016, 09:26:06 AM »
Hi all-

Here is my problem and I'm not sure how to address it.  I have a tree in my yard that has only one branch.  It leaves the tree at a 90 degree angle, goes about 4 feet then takes another 90 degree angle to run parallel with the tree.
I have used the mega tree model and turned it into a cylinder for the the trunk and main part of the tree but am unsure of how to add the additional pieces.

Tree looks like this

We need a  bit more info to be able to help you out.  What type of lights are you planning to use?  What type of layout, as in, single strand, wrap, etc..  A custom model may be the easiest to set up.

Using 8mm bullets. 50 per string, 16 for main trunk running off a F16v2 for the main tree.  Was thinking of using 12 strings, 25 pixels for the first part of the branch and the same configuration for the horizontal part of the branch
