Use your file browser and browse to your show directory. Find the XSEQ file and delete.

That's how I do it.  Make sure it's not part of a playlist first to avoid future error messages displayed.

yep, use file browser to your show directory.
i know it sounds simple to add but think of my wizards sequence.

soundfile
wizards.mp3

audacity files
wizards_bars.txt
wizards_beats.txt
wizards.txt

xlights files
wizards.xseq
wizards.xml

i make a movie to use in my show so i also have
wizards.mp4

when you say delete wizards, what would we delete?
it depends on what you are doing. a complete erasure? a rebuild of the xseq?

Also known as the windows explorer on windows machines.  Easiest way on a windows machine regardless of windows version is to hold down the windows key (bottom left of the keyboard) and tap the "e" key once while still holding down the windows key.

Kind of a related question here...   I just watched Sean's video last night on importing audacity timing marks into NC.  VERY NICE!!  LOVE IT!!  Anyway, I renamed some of my files as Sean suggested on the video because I like his idea for a "standard" naming convention.  Anyway, after renaming the files for a specific sequence I am able to preview it successfully, but the timing marks and effects won't come up in NC.  I see the xml file but NC doesn't seem to be "seeing" the xml file.   Any ideas??  I checked the file names and I don't see any differences between the way I renamed the xseq file or the xml file....  thanks.

timing mark files are only used when you create a new sequence from an audio file and check the "Audacity" check box.

now it opens the music file and then opens the timing mark file. it then creates a blank sequence with a grid with all timing marks shown.
you next add models and then effects.

Found the file browser can not find show seq stumped here I just want to clean a couple of test seq up and getid of them. I figured it out I was looking for Xlights not thinking that these files automatically go to my Lor files very easy once you figure it out.

Are you looking in the same place that is the xlights data directory in the setup tab?
