Strange thing importing from lor

I have the ccr16 mega tree from holiday coro
I purchased a number of 16ccr tree sequences from same fellow (chris) (top controller)

I have done everything the same importing each file and they work and play perfect except  three sequences are only showing on half my tree

Everything in the importing looks exactly the same as the sequences that work except these three.

model is set at
flat
16 strings
50 nodes
1 strand

again the others I have bought are fine but three dont.

Any ideas and help is appreciated

Easy to see the one that works has 6 LOR channels.  When we find a LOR channel we automatically allocate a block of 16.  You can see the first one is still only finding 6 channels for the LOR stuff.  On the ones not working it probably still finds 6 but it allocates them to DMX.
