Matrix Effect Custom Drawing Pallet

I would like to see an effects feature to draw/create any shape in a matrix model. Basically to draw various geometric shapes with the ability to choose different colors for each pixel.

Ok, you got me. I knew that I had seen something like that before, but for the life of me I could not find it. After watching the first part of the video I tried the effect assist. Could not locate it on the screen, but he screen kept jumping. I finally realized that it was a window size issue and it was coming up just as the "X" and that was why the screen jumped when turning it on and off.

Yes, I have messed with this feature before and cold not remember. That is what happens as you get older......
