Need help with copy paste Function in LOR

I converted my xseq into LOR and it looks fine but when I try to copy and paste into another file, all of the colors turn to a shade of blue. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, answered my own question. My new template (channels) were not setup as RGB channels.
