Thought I would give back something to the user community.
What I learned from this group, and how I executed it.
This is my 9th year doing Christmas Lights to music(LOR), 1 year with xLights and Pixels!
I choose to go with a Mega tree Kit from Holidaycoro.

I wanted something ready to go, quick and easy. Did not want to fuss with sourcing it myself at such a late time of the year... October/November!
The kit worked out great. I modified the setup a little.
Attached is a PDF of the parts I used to "complete" the kit and get it installed in the yard!
I used the RS485 DMX out on the Alphapix controller to connect to my 4 existing LOR controllers via DMX.
Made my own DMX to LOR conversion pigtail at the Alphapix DMX1 out port, connected with a coupler to a 75' normal CAT6 ethernet cable to LOR.
Hope this reduces the stress for what to buy for another pixel/xlights newbie like me!
