Parsing Error

Not sure why or what to do, but one f my seq. is getting this XML parsing error: 'unclosed token' at line 3370. This is happing to all copies of this file.

Luckily I found a very old copy on one of my backup's, just need to make a few changes. But here is the error any  way and the XML. I did see anything weird.

Does the one that is working have an ampersand in the name for the "Roof & Gutters" model?  I wouldn't use that character.
