My mini tree is directionally challenged...

My effect is set to  move bars up but in the yard the bars are moving left. 

What have I done?  I've attached my Mini Tree Layout. Ok, Upload folder is full.  I will try to post pic later.

Any Ideas without seeing a pic?

Transformation is probably ccw or cw 90
