Lights not turning off after show runs

Have three channels on two controllers that do not turn off. They stay on all the time. Is there a way to turn them off in the xml file?

Did you sequence these in Xlights

If you did add a timing mark with about 1 second left and drag the off effect to the models hit save and that will work.
If you sequenced these in any other program and brought them in via data layer or any other method, do the same thing in that program then re-import and hit save.

If none of this fixes your issues then let us know what controllers you are using and what kind of lights that are staying on.
