sequencer used in 2013 (Lor,lsp,vixen 2.x,vixen+,vixen3,Hls,xlights,other)? xlights/nutcracker. No other sequencers used.
Did you use xlights/nutcracker in 2013? yes
Total channels in your show? 24441
How many smart rgb channels? 24400
What did you use to play your show (lor,lsp,Hls,vixen,xlights,pi player)? pi player
Comments? What worked good, what was a challenge?
Good? Pi player was rock solid
Challenge? Had to take my megatree down because the SSC at the top of the tree wasnt working. This year i will check that before assembling the tree.

(22) 5m ws2811 12v flex strips. 6 for candles, 14 for arches on back fence.
(20) 4m tm1809 flex strips. Megatree
(10) 128 node tm1804. eaves, stars, borders
(2) Lynx Express, total 32 channels of 110v
(3) DLA Aether RGB floods
(2) DLA Active hubs
(1) DLA Passive hubs
(2) Falcon-16 hubs
(1) Pi Player
(1) Falcon FPD board connected to pi.
(2) 9' Nutcrackers. http://meighan.net/build_your_own_nutcrackers/
(6) 6' candles made from coroplast. Used Dave Pitts candle as a model.

(1) Star on top of roof..

I think the 3 Lynx Aethers would be considered RGB.  I guess the question was smart RGB though.    Seriously, what's left on your house at 110V?  I think I need to re-watch your videos to see if I spot them.   Something to do tonight... You did such a great job with all the RGB stuff, nothing seemed to pop out at me.

And we had 60-70mph wind storm this last week. they didnt move at all.

Hi Sean
Now that you are using the Falcon Controller do you have to power inject and if so do you do it at the bottom of strips and not at the top so you can take down one of them if it's bad and are you using the 2 or 3 pin water proof wire connections
