release 2017.2. This release fixes xSchedule install

release 2017.2. This release adds the missing properties files needed by xSchedule

2017.2 still points to 2017_1.exe when downloading it - does that matter?

If you're not using the scheduler then no it doesn't matter if you download 2017.1.

fixed link. this 2017.2 release only has updates to xSchedule.exe. Starting with 2017 the install now installs two programs
xLights.exe
xSchedule.exe

soon if will also install xLights64.exe. this will allow people to run either 32bit or 64 bit. I can make the install detect the OS you are running and then pick the right version some time in the future.
