yes 12v pixels is what i'm using. and i guess the tell tale is the 1st pixel in these 2 trees are blinking like mad. tho after the test i just did the majority of flickering was gone but that 1st pixel was still blinking. i will be picking up some 10awg wire or may just get a PS to put right next to the trees. i'd rather that be taken rather than a controller.

ok lets do a different test leave your power cables long and just the way you have them when you have the most flickering. No power injecting. Lets put in a short jumper in the data wire.  leave the power at 45 feet and data at 10 feet. if the flickering goes away we know its a data issue if it is still there then we know its power. I did this and found its a data issue on mine.......

what is your voltage at   over 11.6 also can create flickering.

Have you put the cord on one of the first 4 outputs of the controller.

putting out 12.01 from PS 11.91 at 1st pixel and about 11.80 at last in string. i've tried lowering the voltage from PS but they still flicker badly unless i apply power at end of string. then it's not AS bad. but first pixel flashes either way.

these 2 trees are on output 5-6 the 4 on the first 4 output work fine. if you take flickering tree 5 or 6 and plug it into one of the first 4 outputs it still does same thing.

power that high will contribute to the flickering.  35' of 14-3 with 600 bullets  power injected it the start, 300 and 600 mark, at the end of the 14-3 wire.  I'm running no power through the controller, ground and data only. with all of that if my power is over 11.00 I get flickering.

The only difference is I'm running a F16v2   Now when I had a e682 I had 50, 6 LED disk for my star and could never get the flickering out of it. I gave it away the e682 that is .

I would still leave the power running through the cord and hook the data directly. lets make sure of the issue

right now i have the standard e682 plugs in the board and the other end to pixels are soldered together. only difference between the trees that don't flicker and the ones that do is the 4 that don't are less than 3 inches to the controller and the two that do flicker have a 3ft extension wire soldered to them.

I still would cut the data line short. and narrow it down to power or data.

Ever consider you might have a bad pixel?

they work fine without any extension wire. anything i add 3ft of extension wire to starts to flicker.
