No setup or sequence necessary
In Layout, select any of my Polyline models
Then select Strand/Node Names
Now press the --Click To Edit-- ... button.
Exit out of Strand/Node Names by hitting the OK button.
Change to the Sequencer by hitting the Sequencer tab.
Crash occurs. If it doesn't, go back to the Layout tab and highlight a different Polyline model and repeat above steps. Sometimes it will do it on the first try and sometimes it takes up to 4 iterations before it crashes, at least on my machine.

I can't find any crash files, at least not that I can tell.
I noticed when it crashes that the House Preview window is never drawn. It's still showing info from the Layout screen.
If you need anything else please let me know. Haven't figured out the screen capture movie yet, but I can if necessary.
