Bug or rendering problem with Windows?

I've had trouble from time to time with the vertical scrolling bar on some windows that's missing until I resize the window. Then when I open up the window I have items that haven't been fully rendered.

I didn't have speakers but it looked like the Effect Settings window. That's the only window I've seen the issue on. We tried to fix it and so far have failed to figure out why it doesn't resize correctly.

Yeah that's the effect setting window. You didn't miss anything without speakers I didn't put in any commentary. It does manage to make itself a pain in the butt at times. Is there a way to force it to resize?

I rearranged my windows so I could give the effect setting window more room and leave it larger and when I came back to it, it's resizing properly without closing down xlights.
