I finally got this xml where I want it. Used the xltap routine and excel to get the beats in the right places. This is just beats plus autogenerated megatree effects so I could check the timings.
This is Andy Williams' version; track 06 on "Casey Kasem Presents-All Time Christmas Favorites" CD. Yep I still use CDs...
