Help....!!
« on: September 06, 2017, 06:51:04 AM »
Ok... Let me see if i can explain what i did.
I did a sequence and it was all finished and done.  No issues.  But later on i deleted the song by accident and just left me with the sequence but no music.  Now i put the music back in but the timing is off.  Is there a way line up the music and the sequencing?  It seems to be off like by 4sec.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thx
G

Before you go and modify your sequence are you sure the original MP3 is missing? Have you checked your recycle bin on the computer?
Is the replacement music not from the same source?
Also check to make sure your mp3 is a constant bit rate.
Don't Panic you can shift everything if you need to just check your other options before you go modifying everything you've done.

I encourage everyone to at least look through all the menu options once.  One of them allows you to time shift all effects in the sequence.

If your music isn't coming from the same source you might have a problem where something has been edited in the middle of the song.
I had a shared sequence once that I ended up going through 7 different versions of the song before I found one that lined up properly through the whole song.
I'll encourage you to get an external hard drive or large USB memory stick to back up all of your work and mp3s.

The constant bit rate advice is very dated. That hasn't been required since Jan 2016.
