P10 Color mismatch and other issues

Your problem is you are placing effects on a model called "P10 Matrix" and then viewing them on the Christmas 2017 view where the matrix model is named "P10 Matrix-2".  If you goto the Layout screen and change the drop-down to "All Models" you can easily see you have 3 matrix objects and "P10 Matrix" does not match the start channel of the other 2.  So you are placing data at start channel 19325 and viewing it at start channel 11979.

wow don't know how I missed that.  (well in fact I do know I did not look in the ALL model)  Thanks for all your help!  SOLVED!!

Is there a better way to build/set up my file structure in my xlight layout so I have two total separate display/model/channel set up - one for Halloween and one for Christmas.

I just use two different show folders and switch to whatever one I want.

By the way why are you using a Custom Model for a standard Matrix model?

I built it as a test while I was troubleshooting the color/shift issue.  Thanks again for your help.
