What kind of Silicone?
« on: October 21, 2017, 07:46:14 PM »
I've been searching and cannot find, but somewhere there was a discussion about what type of silicone to use for sealing nodes\strips. What kind should I use? There is something about the acid in the silicone ruining the circuits or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Roger

Does anybody know if Lowes or Home Depot carry the Neutral Cure silicone?

Thanks,

Most people are using the GE clear silicone.
If it has a strong vinegar like smell you don't want to be using it on the electronics.
