Lilia's Sequences
« on: October 25, 2017, 03:12:34 PM »
I purchased one of Lilia's  sequences (and would like to purchase more) the editing version and very new to xlights.

I would like to see the effects that she has for each model but I can't figure out how to create a new sequence showing her models and effects.  It would help me to figure out which of my models to map each one too.

I would also like to make a few changes.  Are there any videos or instructions on how to do this.

Thank you in advance for your help

You should have the files from Lilia that would allow you to recreate a Show directory.  Then you just point xLights to that Show folder and open up the file and see all of the effects as they exist on their models.  You should view the sequence in this manner first and then determine which of their models you want to map you yours.  Then you can do the Import process.  Should be plenty of videos for that.  Have you gone to xlights.org?

Hello

I have already mapped it to my models but would like to make a few changes.

When I try to open that sequence again, it wants me to map all of the models in her sequence that I did not need or map anything too.

I want to be able to see her models and effects, not my models.

Anyway to go back to see this?

Thanks in Advance

Yes...reread my post.  You know you can have hundreds of show directories.  I probably have over 50 where I've helped users.  You just create a show directory with Lilia's stuff and then switch xLights to that show folder.
