Falcon V2 not workng

I have a falconv2 on my mega tree that does not seem to be sendinf out any information as anything connected to this tcontroller does not turn on. xlights is set to e131 not multicast and whten if test mode nothing turns on that is hooked to this controller. I am not sure what to do.

Maybe show some screenshots of the Falcon webpages.  Also just to clarify you are using the Test mode in the controller and not xLights right?

here sre some screen shots and by the way last YEAR EVERYTHING worked fine. the test mode as in xlights to maKE SURE EVERYTHING working

If you can run a Test mode on the controller it will prove that side of things.  Stepping back to xlights a lot more things can go wrong along the way.  Gotta have output to lights on.  Gotta make sure your data is not transmitting out a wireless adapter when you expect is out a wired adapter.  Look at the Falcon status page when you believe you are sending data and see if the packet counts increment.

here is a copy of the spreadshett for the controller, and I am not sure how to put the controller into test mode my mind doesn't work like ii did because i had a stroke July 4th

6.0 Run/Test Mode
The controller has two modes of operation, run and test. After the controller boots up it will be in the run mode as and the second LED will be lit. In order to toggle to test mode hold the boot button for one second or longer. The controller will toggle to test mode and the third LED will light. To go back to run mode press and hold the boot again.

(alternately, to return to Run mode, remove power, count to 10, plug back in)

Itried what Jon sugested AND it worked because the mega tree did light up I supose that means that the controller does work
