Layout issue
« on: December 05, 2017, 04:31:25 PM »
I am having an issue setting up my layout for poly-lines. I am able to layout my mega tree controllers and Han my star for the tree. Hen I go to do the house outlines, the poly-line will let me outline the house but won’t save. What is the solution? Thank you

What do you mean won't save. You save the layout and when you reopen it isn't there?

Is the problem you didn't hit ESC to end the PolyLine?

It won’t save the layout I even when I logout and come back in or if I hit escape. The contorller tests are good. I have restarted from the beginning and it does the same thing. Thanks for the replies

I think we need to see some images.

It doesn't save the Layout unless you tell it to.  You didn't say you hit the red Save button in the Layout screen so we gotta ask.  Or did you answer the question correctly to save it on exit?

Well I wasn't holding the esc button long enough.  Must be my computer.  Now I have a different issue with them.  2 of the poly lines I have are 2 strands of 50. they test in from the controller in all settings fine, but when I run a sequence, only half the strands will run to the sequence.  What would cause this?  Thank you all for you responses.

Have you set up the controller for the correct number of pixels per port.  On the F16's for example, they default to only 50 pixels per port. You need to reconfigure it to do more.

I suggest you jump into Zoom tonight and ask the group. Someone will be able to spot where it is going wrong or help us see what is going on.
