LOR file into xlights missing token

I have 2 LOR files that error out for missing tokens.  They are the only files i got from directly LOR and i have saved them as directed.  A LOR file i bought from Holiday coro, imports correctly into xlights.  Has anyone had this issue?

Are they encrypted?
