as keith says in the Xschedule program is a Check Schedule (as in Xlights= Check Sequence)
I had scrambled effects on a tree, keith pointed out an error that Check Schedule listed and i had missed- make sure you show folder in XL matches the show folder in Schedule.
i was only one folder layer in and it messed up. Took it back to show folder ie C:/Xlights 2017, instead of C:/Xlights 2017/Show 2017 and it all runs sweetly.
Hope this helps
Cheers Boof63

I am having similar problems.  When I run a sequence from XLights sequencer with output to lights, it works fine.  When I use the Scheduler it comes out as pure garbage with only about 50% of the lights working.  Check schedule states that in all sequences there is a discrepancy between the number of lights in the sequence and the number of lights expected, which is higher than the number in the sequence.  I have no idea what that means.  I also have no audio output.  I have tried to computers, two networks and two FM transmitters.  No audio.  I am getting sick of people stopping by, politlely inquiring when the music will start.  The best I can do at this point is put up a short sequence with the plasma affect being sent out to all lights.  I am quickly approaching the point where I am thinking of just going back to LOR and regular LED lights.  At least then I had something that worked.  Yes, I am frustrated and pissed off.

Frustrated I get and am happy to help. Pissed off ... well not sure I want to subject myself to someone looking to have a go at me.

Have you tried jumping into Zoom. If you want me to help it would have to be after work in about 4 hours.

This is usually a mismatch between the show directory in xLights vs xSchedule.  I saw a user post a similar problem and was asked is your show directory the same and they said yes.  Then several posts later they said Oh I found the problem my show directories were different.  That's why I've started saying triple check everything then check one more time...lol.

Gilrock, I have repeatedly checked to verify that the directories for XLights and Schedule are the same.  This was mentioned by several people in the Facebook group previously so it was something I have checked already.  When I run check schedule it verifies that the directories are the same.  The only error I am getting in check schedule is the following;

FSEQs without 26520 channels
ERR: Playlist 'Christmas 2017' has step 'Halleluya' with FSEQ item Halleluya with 24576 channels when it should be 26520 channels.
ERR: Playlist 'Christmas 2017' has step 'Its The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year' with FSEQ item Its The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year with 24576 channels when it should be 26520 channels.
ERR: Playlist 'Christmas 2017' has step 'Winter Wonderland' with FSEQ item Winter Wonderland with 26624 channels when it should be 26520 channels.
ERR: Playlist 'Christmas 2017' has step 'Wizards in Winter' with FSEQ item Wizards in Winter with 24576 channels when it should be 26520 channels.

So three songs have 1944 fewer channels than anticipated while two have 104 channels too many.  I have 52 models on their own individual ouptuts.  The setup allows for 510 channels per output so we get the 26520.  I do not understand how all these songs, which use the same models, can show different numbers of channels.  As this is the only error I am getting in check schedule I believe that this must be the source of the problem.  The question is, how do I fix it?  Do you think this could be the source of the problems?  If not this, then what else would you recommend checking?

So we got this working. Render all then save. Save on render did not seem to work. Not sure why.

So if someone exits the program and we prompt to save the sequence I don't believe we perform a Render on Save at that point so that's one way to cause this.

my XScheduler will not start.  I tried to fix it by downloading a new file and restarting and it still will not let me add sequences.  Has anyone had this issue?  Thank you!

I guess this is the official xSchedule issue thread...lol.  You say it will not start and then you say it will not let you add sequences.  If it won't start I would imagine it would be hard to add sequences.  I'm not an xSchedule expert but there may be a log file under your user appdata area.  Other option if it won't start is the registry needs to be cleared.  I know for xLights there is a command line option to do that but not sure if it works for xSchedule also.  Keith might chime in later but since this isn't a new thread he may think this thread was already solved and not look.

Xschedule also has a /w command line option to reset everything. Another option on starting it is to hit the windows key with left or right arrow key. That can bring it back.
