xmap mapping file no longer working in .41 [SOLVED]

I recently upgraded to .41 and realized my mapping file, xmap, that I use for importing is no longer mapping properly and only picking *some* channels to map.  I reverted back to .40 and everything is mapping and working again as it has in all previous versions.  I can reproduce if needed, as needed, but it's pretty straight forward.  Thanks!

No word yet but it really sounds like my issue is an edge case and not the norm.  You could probably upgrade just fine and if you get any strange issues you can always roll back

Just pushed a fix. It will be in .43.

Keith what's confusing me is the fix you checked in does not appear to be something that would have been working in version 2017.40 like what is reported here.  That mistake looks really old.
