xlights hourly consultant

Does anyone know of or can recommend someone who troubleshoots xlights for an hourly rate?  I am new and know enough to create simple sequences but I am running out of time. 

I have a holiday coro matrix that I have a sequence for and think I set it up correctly.  It displays two lines with "Happy New Year" and the second line is in the countdown mode (d h m s).  I can preview the display and I think I am working the scheduler correctly.  I can see the display on the matrix but the countdown feature doesn't adjust/countdown.  Scheduled the show and hooked it up to the matrix and it displayed the Happy New Year and the correct number of days until new year but would not update minutes and seconds as it scrolled from the left. 

Is it possible to get someone to remote in and review settings?

You could join into the zoom meetings and see if you can catch somebody to help you.
Wednesday night is the official night but there seems to be more activity happening on other nights recently.

Ok.  Where do you go to join these meetings?

I am thinking this should take less than 2 hours of work and I am willing to pay $100.00 for 2 hours.
